this program is initiated in 2020 for mid-level SRHR leaders in the Oromia Region with the support of the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, IIE has designed and facilitated the first and second training. Mrs Yemeserach Belayneh, Country Advisor at The David and Lucile Packard Foundation, officially opened the ceremony followed by a presentation by Mr Abebe Kebede, Executive Director of CORHA on the activities of Share-Net Ethiopia and the Community of Practices.

The aim of this program is to strengthen leadership skills at different levels: personal, organizational, and community levels. The 1st Cohort graduated in 2021. and Today the 2nd cohort of this program is graduating at Skylight Hotel.
